Frankly Pet Appoints Office and Customer Service Manager

Frankly Pet has welcomed Jenniffer Colon Marrero to its team as office and customer service manager. As part of her new role, she’ll be responsible for all aspects of the company’s customer service department, from connecting with distributors and completing website orders, to answering customers’ questions, company officials said.

Additionally, Colon Marrero will oversee several other aspects of the business, including office operations, production, the company’s website, maintaining inventory and more. She’ll also serve as the company’s human resource contact and will be responsible for payroll and invoicing, as well as coordinating all office administrative activities, including organizing meetings, managing databases, and communicating effectively with staff, suppliers and clients.

Prior to joining Frankly Pet, she was the office manager at Brother’s Consolidated Heating & Air Conditioning.
