SOS for Easter Ross estate residents as rubbish initiative rolls around

PEOPLE living on an Easter Ross housing estate are being given a golden opportunity to sort out their rubbish, garden waste and heavy appliances this coming weekend.

'Sort Out Saturday' is a Mansfield Hub initiative allowing residents of the Tain estate to have a variety of items lifted and disposed off free of charge.

CCAST picks up keys to new vehicle courtesy of Highland Cross

This includes rubbish, garden waste, large/heavy appliances such as tumble dryers, freezers and beds.

CCAST Highland, the local residents association and the Hub work with Highland Council to remove the rubbish.

The last ‘Sort out Saturday’ of the year is September 2.
